Measure the thigh approximately 5-10 cm above the knee.

Size S (knee warmer measures 12.5 cm in width when laid flat):
Suitable for thigh thicknesses up to approx. 35-38 cm. This provides some stretch without being too tight.

Size M (14 cm flat width):
Suitable for thigh thicknesses from approx. 38-42 cm.

Size L (15 cm flat width):
Suitable for thigh thicknesses from approx. 42-46 cm.
