Shipping policy

We ship Monday–Friday with PostNord. All shipments include track & trace and are insured.

Denmark: 29 DKK to a parcel shop, 39 DKK to a delivery address. Typically next business day.

Sweden: 75 SEK. Delivery in 2–4 business days.

Norway: 164 NOK. Delivery in 3–5 business days. Customs duties and local VAT may apply on import.

Pickup at our showroom (Søborg)

You can also choose to collect your order at our showroom at Carl Møllers Allé 33, 2860 Søborg. Select Pickup at checkout — you will receive an email with pickup instructions once the parcel is ready (typically 1–2 business days). Questions: undra@undarmaa.com or +45 42 21 24 84.

If the parcel is not collected

For deliveries to a parcel shop, we reserve the right to charge re-shipping costs if the parcel is not collected within the parcel shop’s deadline and is returned to us. This clause does not apply to orders collected at our showroom.
