Delivery policy

We ship Monday through Friday via PostNord. All shipments include tracking and are insured.

Denmark: 29 DKK to a pickup location, 39 DKK to a delivery address. Usually the next business day.

Sweden: 75 SEK. Delivery in 2–4 business days.

Norway 164 NOK. Delivery in 3–5 business days. Customs duties and local sales tax may apply upon import.

Pickup at the showroom (Søborg)

You can also choose to pick up your order at our showroom at Carl Møllers Allé 33, 2860 Søborg. Select "Pickup" at checkout—you will receive an email with pickup instructions when your package is ready (typically 1–2 business days). Questions: undra@undarmaa.com or +45 42 21 24 84.

If the package is not picked up

For deliveries to a parcel shop, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs for reshipment if the package is not picked up within the parcel shop’s time limit and is returned to us. This clause does not apply to orders picked up at our showroom.
