Undarmaa provides local support in Mongolia

By purchasing our cashmere products from Undarmaa, you are supporting the local economy and herders in Mongolia, as we do our best to adhere to recognized CSR principles (Corporate Social Responsibility). Our selection of cashmere wool products is purchased directly from and imported from Mongolia, where the wool is both produced and processed.

Today, not much cashmere is produced and processed locally. Much of it is sent to China or Europe, which ultimately means that local Mongolian producers lose out on profits. Undarmaa was created with the hope of supporting local forces in Mongolia so that the economy and the opportunities for herders can flourish.
