Price and payment

In this store, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, and Anyday.All prices include VAT. Payment is made via Shopify Payments, which handles transactions through an encrypted connection and complies with international security standards (PCI DSS).

Prices are current prices. The amount will only be debited from your card when the item is shipped.

All contracts are concluded in Danish.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of DKK 300 or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. After that, you'll pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts at four months and can vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flexible payment plan, and the specific payment plan you've selected. Please note that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will be charged. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically canceled. Reservation of amounts

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We will deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money will be released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

Shipping

Shipping costs DKK 29 for delivery to a parcel shop and DKK 39 for delivery to your address. Shipping is free for purchases over DKK 899.

We ship the item the same business day if the order is placed before 3 p.m. Orders placed after 3 p.m. or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following business day.

All items are shipped with Postnord, which means that the item is insured and can be tracked with a "track and trace" number. Typical delivery time is 1-2 business days.



Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of several batches or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or the last part.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to give us clear notice that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to undra@undarmaa.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to accept delivery of the goods without also giving us clear notice.

In December, we offer an extended right of withdrawal, so items purchased up to Christmas can be returned until mid-January.

Upon return, the full amount including shipping will be refunded.



Returns

You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You can use the return label enclosed with your shipment. It costs DKK 39, which we will deduct from the amount to be refunded.

Alternatively, you can choose to pay for the return yourself. In that case, we recommend that you choose a trackable shipping method so that both you and we can follow the package. Regardless of whether you use our return label or arrange the return yourself, you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. 

You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery.

It is also possible to return items in person at our showroom in Søborg – however, this must be arranged in advance by emailing undra@undarmaa.com.

Condition of goods upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

In other words: You may try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store, but you may not actually use it. If the item has been used beyond this, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item, and in certain cases this may mean that you will only be refunded the shipping costs. 

To ensure that you receive a full refund, please ensure that items are returned without any visible signs of wear, stains, odors, or perfume, and that the original tags and labels are intact and have not been removed.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the value of the item.


 

Refund of the purchase amount

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to cancel the agreement. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided documentation that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

If the item has been handled in a way that has caused a loss of value, an amount corresponding to this loss of value will be deducted. If the item is so damaged or used that it no longer has any commercial value, you may only be able to get the delivery costs refunded. 

If you use our return label, we will deduct $5.95 for the return shipment in connection with the refund. If you choose to handle the return yourself, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If you choose a different shipping method than our return label, we strongly recommend that you send the package as a traceable shipment. You are responsible for the item until we have received it.

We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Please note that it may take up to 5–10 banking days for the amount to be available in your account, depending on your bank.

You can also cancel your purchase by giving clear notice and delivering the item in person to the above address by prior arrangement.

We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.



Right of complaint

The rules on defects in the Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a right of complaint for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, your money refunded, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you make a complaint within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in secure packaging, and remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem.

We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent cash on delivery.

Fine wool products such as cashmere, yak, and camel in 100% pure wool require more attention than ordinary wool products. Among other things, you should expect that there may be some lint at first, but this can easily be removed by hand. It is also important to care for and clean the product correctly (e.g. by airing it before storing it) so that it is not exposed to moths or excessive wear. Please refer to the instructions in the section on wool care.



Privacy policy

We require the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone number, and email address.

We register and disclose your personal information in order to deliver the goods to you.

Personal information is registered with Dangol Trading and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

The data controller at undarmaa.com is Undra Thrane.

As a registered user of Dangol Trading, you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act. Please send any inquiries in this regard to: undra@undarmaa.com.

Specifically for newsletter registration: We register your name and email address so that we can send you information, news, and offers. Your name and email address are registered in our email system, Klaviyo. Mailings are sent out on average 1-2 times per month throughout the year.



Complaints

To file a complaint, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least $180 and no more than $14,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, though, the price must have been at least $115. There's a fee to get your complaint processed.

If you live in Denmark and have made a purchase from a seller outside Denmark but within the EU, Norway, Iceland, or the United Kingdom, you can file a complaint with Consumer Europe here.

If you live in another EU country, Norway, or Iceland, you can contact the European Consumer Centre in that country.
