Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The period runs from the day you receive the item – or the last item, if your order arrives in several parcels. Within those 30 days you must give us clear notice that you wish to withdraw.
You can send an email to undra@undarmaa.com or use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of the terms of trade.
The webshop includes a digital withdrawal function, accessed via a link at the bottom of the page under "Customer service". There you can state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and enter your order number. We then send you a receipt confirming the content as well as the date and time of submission. The receipt also explains how and when to return the item.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase simply by refusing to accept the item without also giving us clear notice.
In December we offer an extended right of withdrawal, so items purchased in the run-up to Christmas can be returned until the end of January.
Return
You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
You can use the return label enclosed with your shipment. This costs 39 kr., which we deduct from the amount refunded.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay for the return yourself. In that case, we recommend that you choose a trackable shipment, so that both you and we can follow the parcel. Regardless of whether you use our return label or handle the return yourself, you are liable if damage occurs during transport.
You bear the risk for the item from the time it is delivered to you.
It is also possible to hand in returned items in person at our showroom in Søborg – however, this must be arranged in advance by email to undra@undarmaa.com.

Condition of the item on return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
In other words: you may try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical shop, but you must not actually use it. If the item has been used beyond this, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal you will only receive part of or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value, and in certain cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
If you want to be sure of receiving the full amount back, you must ensure that items are returned without visible signs of use, stains, odour or perfume, and that the original tags and labels are intact and have not been removed.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the value of the item
Refund of the purchase amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.
If the item has been handled in a way that has resulted in a reduction in value, an amount corresponding to this reduction in value will be deducted. If the item is so damaged or used that it no longer has a commercial value, you risk only receiving the delivery costs back.
If you use our return label, we deduct 39 kr. for the return shipment in connection with the refund. If you choose to handle the return yourself, you cover the shipping cost yourself. If you choose a shipping method other than our return label, we strongly recommend that you send the parcel as a trackable shipment. You are responsible for the item until we have received it.
We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Please note that it may take up to 5–10 banking days before the amount is available in your account, depending on your bank.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
