Oyu blouse

Oyu is a finely knitted cashmere blouse with a moderate V-neck, where a knitted frill edge runs along the entire neckline and repeats at the wrists. The frills are knitted in the same material and colour as the blouse, so they appear as part of the knit rather than an added trim.

The body is straight and simple, with regular shoulders and a narrow ribbed edge at the hem — neither tight nor loose. The light cashmere knit means the blouse can be worn under a jacket without adding bulk.

Oyu is available in bordeaux, black and the two natural shades natural sand and natural white. The model is 174 cm tall and wears size M.

Cashmere stays beautiful for the longest time with gentle handling. Air your clothes between uses and wash them in cold water with wool detergent. Dry flat and avoid twisting. Store folded rather than on a hanger to maintain shape.

Cashmere is the goat's finest undercoat — the innermost layer that keeps the animal warm through the Mongolian winter. That's why the fibre can be both light and warm at once, and why it feels soft against the skin rather than scratchy.

Both the yarn and the knitting are made in Mongolia. That's rarer than it sounds: Mongolia is the world's second-largest supplier of raw cashmere, but only a small share is processed into finished garments in the country. Most is sent elsewhere for production.
