Saran Cashmere Pullover
Saran is knitted from 100% Mongolian cashmere—a fine, lightweight fabric that feels soft against the skin and keeps you warm without feeling heavy. The cashmere makes this sweater comfortable to wear all day long, both indoors and outdoors.
The loose fit with dropped shoulders and the high ribbing at the hem and on the sleeves creates a relaxed silhouette with an elegant drape. The Saran is comfortable on its own and works just as well as a layer over a shirt. The sweater is available in Natural Taupe and Bordeaux.
The model is 170 cm tall and is wearing a size S.

Cashmere from the Mongolian Highlands
The cashmere used by Saran comes from the high plateaus of Mongolia, where extreme temperature fluctuations cause the goats to develop a fine, insulating undercoat. In the spring, when the animals shed their coats naturally, the undercoat is hand-combed—not sheared. Only the finest, softest fibers are selected; they are cleaned and spun into the yarn used to knit Saran’s garments.
Two colors, two origins
Saran is available in two colors, each with its own origin. Natural Taupe is the cashmere’s natural, undyed shade—the deep, grayish-brown tone the wool has in its natural form. Bordeaux is a warm wine red that the yarn has been dyed. Two paths to color: one is nature’s own, the other a conscious choice.
