🎄 Christmas at Undarmaa – delivery, exchanges, and opening hours

Here you will find everything you need to know about delivery, gift exchanges, and opening hours in December.

Delivery before Christmas Eve

If you would like to give a soft Christmas gift from Mongolia, we recommend that you place your order no later than December 18 at 6 p.m. Then the package should arrive before Christmas Eve. Distributors can be very busy in December, so we recommend ordering well in advance—especially if you are buying several gifts or want delivery to a parcel shop.

 

Last order from Norway: December 11 at 6 p.m.

Last order from Sweden: December 16 at 6 p.m.

Extended returns & exchanges – until January 16, 2026

We offer an extended return policy on all Christmas gifts – including items purchased as clearance sales or during Black Friday.

Gift wrapping

We do not wrap gifts, but we do have gift boxes for items such as clothing, blankets, and socks. Please contact us if you would like us to look into the possibility of a gift box. Please note that not all items fit in the boxes, so we cannot guarantee this service.

Showroom opening hours in December

You are very welcome to visit our showroom in Søborg, where you can experience the quality for yourself and receive personal guidance.

 

Monday–Friday: 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Last day for Click & Collect: December 23 at 6 p.m.

Closed: December 24, 25, 26, December 31, and January 1
