Vores Sor yakuld garn er fremstillet på en lille fabrik i Ulan Bator, hvor der arbejdes med stor respekt for de naturlige fibre og lokale traditioner. Garnet består af 100% yakuld fra Mongoliets højland – kendt for sin blødhed, styrke og naturlige varme.

Hver fiber kommer fra yakokser, der lever i ekstreme temperaturer, hvilket giver garnet en unik evne til at isolere og samtidig føles let mod huden. Farverne Yak mocha og Yak dark brown er naturfarver, ufarvede og helt uden kemisk behandling, så garnets autentiske karakter bevares.

Yak wool is naturally warm, breathable, and durable. It comes from the yak, which lives on the Mongolian plateau, where it is adapted to extreme temperatures. The yarn provides a soft but robust material with a natural, rustic look.

Yak wool requires the same gentle treatment as cashmere. Wash in lukewarm water with a mild wool detergent and dry flat on a towel. Air frequently instead of washing to preserve the natural properties of the fibers.
