Our small triangular cashmere scarf is an understated luxury that offers gentle and comfortable warmth while adding a touch of elegance to your everyday style. It is knitted from 100% Mongolian cashmere in light beige and dark gray-beige colors from the Bayankhongor province. Measuring 70 x 70 x 105 cm, it is a versatile accessory that can be styled in different ways. It is relatively thin and light, making it an ideal companion for both indoor and outdoor use. It can be worn as a small, delicate scarf or used to provide extra warmth around the neck. Its timeless design and natural colors make it easy to combine with different outfits and also suit men who want a discreet but warm scarf.

Cashmere is known for its exceptional softness and insulating properties. This scarf is not only pleasing to the eye, but also incredibly soft against the skin, providing a feeling of pure well-being and comfort. The scarf can be tied and styled in different ways, giving you the freedom to express your personal style. It can be draped around the shoulders for an elegant look or tied more tightly around the neck for extra warmth on cooler days.

This cashmere scarf is also a wonderful gift idea for your loved ones. The timeless elegance and luxurious feel of cashmere make it a special surprise that will be cherished for years to come.

CARE

Cashmere stays beautiful longest when handled gently. Air your clothes between wears and wash them in cold water with wool detergent. Dry flat and avoid twisting. Store folded rather than on a hanger to preserve the shape.

MATERIAL AND ORIGIN

DELIVERY & PICKUP

Der er 2–3 hverdages levering med PostNord. 14 dages returret fra modtagelse.

You can also pick up your order at our showroom at Carl Møllers Allé 33, 2860 Søborg—select "Pickup" at checkout, and we'll let you know when your package is ready.

Ulden kommer herfra. Det gør det færdige strik også.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the wool really come from Mongolia?

Yes. Both the raw cashmere and the finished product come from the Republic of Mongolia—not the Chinese province of Inner Mongolia, with which the country is often confused. This is actually quite unusual: Mongolia supplies a large portion of the world’s raw cashmere, but by far the majority of it is knitted and sewn outside the country. We keep the entire production chain in Mongolia.

What is the difference between cashmere, yak wool, and camel wool?

All three are natural types of wool from Mongolia, but each has its own unique characteristics. Cashmere is the classic, soft, luxurious wool. Yak wool is warm and soft. Camel wool is golden, lightweight, and temperature-regulating. Read more under Materials.

Why is cashmere so expensive?

Genuine cashmere is expensive because the fine fibers are available in very limited quantities. A cashmere goat produces only a small amount of soft undercoat each year, and fibers from several goats are needed to make a single piece of knitwear. After harvesting, the fibers must be sorted, washed, and separated from the coarse guard hairs before they can be spun. The same applies to yak and camel wool.

The manufacturing process requires both specialized machinery and a great deal of manual labor. Our clothing is sewn in Mongolia in relatively small batches, without the economies of scale enjoyed by the largest manufacturing countries—but as a result, a larger share of the value is created in the country where the fibers come from.

Can you help me choose the right size?

Yes, and we’d be happy to help. Email us at undra@undarmaa.com or call us at +45 42 21 24 84—we know the products well and can help you find the right size. You’re also welcome to visit our showroom in Søborg, where you can try them on. We’re open by appointment.

My product is shedding—is something wrong?

No. Slight linting is completely normal for natural fibers at first and will disappear over time as the loose fibers work their way out. A wool comb or lint remover can help speed up the process. This is not a sign of poor quality—on the contrary, it’s the fine, soft undercoat that’s making itself known.
